I had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location by the water provided a beautiful view. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful. They recommended great restaurants near the hotel with discounts and even sent the items I purchased to my room. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were exceptional. Lastly, transportation was accessible from the hotel, making it very convenient.
Could not be improved in any way.

We stayed in a hotel that had a beautiful location by the water with amazing scenery. the hotel had a nice view and was close to the center of the city which made it easy for us to go to different places. the staff was very helpful in recommending good restaurants with discounts which was a bonus for us.
The sewage smell coming from the toilet caused some discomfort and we had to change rooms after one night.

The facility was worn out, making it unappealing. the smell in the washrooms was unbearable due to old sewage.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in an old city. Conveniently, The staff sent purchases we made in the city straight to our room, and recommended participating restaurants that offered deals. The hotel’s geographical location was surrounded by a beautiful view of rivers, which provided a great backdrop.
The positive features were overshadowed by the smell that lingered in the room. The sewage system was old and in dire need of a proper upgrade.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal, as it was close to the center and provided breathtaking views of the water. The staff went above and beyond to enhance our comfort and ensure we had a memorable experience. They even delivered our shopping purchases right to our room and recommended excellent restaurants with special discounts. The level of service here truly exceeded our expectations.
